Description
This image of Red Tara is casted from a tsa-tsa commissioned by Jigme Tromge Rinpoche in 2011 in celebration of the visit of H.H. Sakya Trizin Rinpoche to The Padmasambhava Peace Institute (PPI). On this occasion, H.H. Sakya Trizin Rinpoche bestowed the Apam Terton lineage empowerments which include the practice of Red Tara, the central figure of this tsa-tsa.
This one-of-a-kind relief is hand-painted, with gold matting, and is enclosed in glass. The red 8.5″ x 8.5″ wooden frame is wall mountable and, being 1.5 inches deep, it can stand on its own. All proceeds from the sale of this Red Tara tsa-tsa go directly to support the Mahakaruna Education Fund.
