Shipping USA

We make every effort to ship your requested items within two business days of receiving your order online. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped in the same package. A tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout. We make every effort to offer you the most accurate and economical shipping options based on your shipping location. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer expedited shipping.

Canada and International orders

We accept international shipment orders via request by email to sales@lotuslightarts.com. International shipping costs are charged separately from your shopping cart purchase to guarantee the best shipping method for your location. Your international shipping costs will be calculated and an invoice for your order will be emailed to you within two business days. You can pay the invoice balance with a credit card online by following the payment instructions on the invoice. The order including shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of the invoice being sent or the order will be canceled.

All product prices and shipping rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable duty, customs charges or taxes which are paid by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with an item you have bought from Lotus Light, you may return it within 20 days for an exchange or refund for the full order amount. Note that many items we offer are hand-made and therefore minor artistic variations may occur.

To create a return please follow the link on your emailed receipt or follow this link: Return Portal. You will need your order number and postal-code. Please select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return. If we made an error on your order or if it is damaged/defective, we gladly refund your item and send you a return shipping label free of charge. A shipping label will be generated once you submit your request. Please use this label to return the item(s) in their original packaging. A full refund for the item(s) will be processed as soon as we receive the returned items in the mail.

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened CDs, DVDs or incense, and clothing items that have been damaged from washing incorrectly.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. or packages marked ‘bill recipient’ via FedEx.
  • Internationally shipped items are not eligible for free return shipping

To return an item for refund or exchange:

  • Complete the returns request in the Returns Portal
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  • Please use the label generated by our Returns Portal

  • You will receive a full refund as soon as we receive the return item(s) in the mail
